Service
AC repair and
servicing.
Cooling problems, water leaks, unusual noise or a unit that has stopped responding. Tell us what the AC is doing and we will take it from there.

What people usually call about
Most calls fall into a handful of patterns. Naming the symptom on your first message saves a round of questions.
- The AC runs but the air is not cold
- Water dripping from the indoor unit
- Rattling, grinding or vibrating noise
- A musty smell when the unit starts
- The MCB trips when the AC is switched on
- The remote or display has stopped responding
- Ice forming on the indoor coil
What a service covers
A standard service is not just a filter rinse. On a routine visit a technician would normally work through:
- Indoor unit — filter, blower wheel and cooling coil
- Outdoor unit — condenser coil and fan
- Drain line flush and slope check
- Gas pressure reading
- Electrical connections and capacitor check
- Cooling temperature before and after
Split or window
We work on both. Split units usually need the indoor and outdoor sections handled separately, and the drain slope checked properly — that is where most leak complaints start. Window units are a single assembly and are generally quicker to service, but harder to reach in older frames.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
My AC runs but does not cool. Is it a gas problem?
Not always. A dirty coil restricts airflow and produces the same complaint. A technician would check pressure before suggesting a refill, so it is worth having it looked at rather than assuming.
How often should an AC be serviced?
Once before the season is the common advice, and twice where there is heavy dust, a ground floor flat or a road-facing balcony. Your usage matters more than a fixed rule.
Do you work on older units?
Yes. If a repair stops making sense against what the unit is still worth, we will say so rather than keep spending your money.
What should I send on WhatsApp?
The AC type, what it is doing, and your locality. A short video of the noise or a photo of the leak helps a lot.
